// 02 — engagements

Three engagements.
One way of working.

We sell three things: a careful look, a careful build, and careful operation. Each is priced to be tried; none is priced to be repeated when it shouldn't be.

Opportunity Audit

› Understand where AI helps before spending a dollar to find out.

A structured one-week engagement that maps your real operating workflows and scores them against a four-axis rubric: business impact, technical feasibility, governance risk, and repeatability. You leave with a written report you can act on — with us, with a competitor, or in-house.

built for
Operators considering AI seriously for the first time, or trying to make sense of pilots that haven't scaled.
success looks like
A scored opportunity map and a 30-day roadmap that names which workflow to ship first, why, and what could go wrong.

Implementation Sprint

› Turn a scored opportunity into a workflow your team uses Monday.

A two-to-four-week build sprint that takes one or two opportunities from the audit (or a brief discovery week) and ships them. Each workflow includes a clear human-approval boundary, a written SOP, and an audit log so the people running the business actually trust it.

built for
Teams with a defined workflow they want automated end-to-end — not a chatbot, an operating change.
success looks like
A workflow in production, in use by a real team, with documentation a new hire can read on day one.

Managed AI Operations

› Keep the systems honest. Add the next ones, scored.

A monthly engagement to monitor live workflows, fix drift, refine prompts and rules, and quarterly add new opportunities. Includes a recurring governance review so the human-in-the-loop boundary stays in the right place as your business changes.

built for
Businesses with one or more AI workflows in production who want them to stay good and grow with the business.

// common questions, answered straight.

01 Do I need a technical team to use these systems?

No. Workflows are built so the people already in your business can run them. Where ongoing technical maintenance is needed, the Managed Operations engagement covers it.

02 Is my business data safe?

We only use enterprise-grade AI providers with contractual no-training agreements on customer data. Sensitive data is segregated, secrets are rotated, and audit logs are kept end-to-end. Security details are part of every audit deliverable.

03 How long until ROI?

The Audit takes about a week. A typical Sprint ships within two-to-four weeks. Most clients see measurable cycle-time or revenue impact in the month after launch.

04 Will AI replace my employees?

Our framing is "AI-native, human-supervised." We automate the tedious parts of workflows so your team can spend its time on the work that needs judgment. AI is leverage, not substitution.

05 We tried ChatGPT and it didn't stick. Why is this different?

A chat window is one narrow surface. We build structured workflows — proposal generation, lead triage, document extraction, billing prep — that run in the background and connect to the tools your team already uses (CRM, email, accounting, calendar).

06 Can we start small?

You should. The Audit is the small start. Most engagements end there for a beat while a client digests the report, then return for a single Sprint on the highest-scoring opportunity.

// an invitation

Begin with an audit.
Decide the rest later.

One week. A scored opportunity map. Recommendations you can hand to anyone — including a competitor. We're confident in our build, but we won't make it a condition.

  • 01 no commitment beyond the audit
  • 02 clear deliverables, in writing, upfront
  • 03 implementation, not just advice
